Position Description Social Worker – Counsellor 4-3-11 With a broad range of clients in place, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high quality person centred care to the community and surrounds. As a sole worker, you will be required to use the full scope of your experience and strong assessment skills to provide appropriate strategies, support and referrals to a diverse group of clients.
